This disposable email service is based on the RYO service of GuerrillaMail and has been running for almost a year. I tried to renew this service recently, but the renew function didn't work. A support ticket has been sent to GuerrillaMail, but no response is seen so far. I will keep on trying to renew this service tomorrow. The worst case is this service will be cut off on Jan 09, 2019.
